ORDERS

How long will it take to receive my order?

We endeaver to dispatch your order the same business day, providing the order is placed prior to 11am AEST. However, during sale and promotional periods, there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order.

How do I receive the first time subscriber discount code?

For all first time S&C customers, we offer a 10% discount code as a thank you for your support. This will be sent via email once you have signed up to our newsletter. If you do not receive, please email info@sageandcooper.au so we can look into this for you.

All orders placed using this code, are eligible for a refund. This code is not valid on sale items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes.

Do you ship overseas?

No, at this stage we only ship within Australia.

How long will it take to get my order?

Our approximated delivery times are listed on our website, please click here for further information.

Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Victoria and everything will be sent to you from here.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We use Australia Post to ship your beautiful homewares out to you.

     

RETURNS

Can I return my product?

Here at Sage & Cooper we understand that shopping online for homewares can be difficult and you often need to try product in your space to see how they look and feel. Our customer service team is here to help in the unfortunate event that your purchases don’t work for you in your home. We currently do not offer exchanges. Instead, we encourage to place a new order for your desired item and return the original for a refund (if eligible).

Can I exchange my order?

We do not facilitate exchanges. To ensure you get the item you want, we suggest placing a new order with the new items you are interested in and returning the original items that weren't suitable for a refund (if eligible).

Is my order eligible for a refund?

All full price orders returned within 14 days of receiving are eligible for a refund. See our return conditions here.

I've received a faulty/incorrect item, what do I do?

If you think you have received a faulty or the incorrect item, please contact info@sageandcooper.au with images of the item and your order number so our team can assess further.

Can I return a sale item?

Purchases made using the first time promotional code are eligible for a refund.

Sale items discounted less than 50% are eligible for a store credit only (this includes promotional codes)

Sale items discounted further than 50% are final sale.
