Blueberry Smoothie

Sweet, smooth, and packed with flavour—this blueberry smoothie is the perfect way to fuel your day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk (or regular milk, if preferred)
  • 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Add the blueberries, coconut milk, and plain yogurt into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and add a bit of honey or sweetener if you prefer it sweeter.
  4. Pour into your Sunrise Tumbler and enjoy!
