Blueberry Smoothie
Sweet, smooth, and packed with flavour—this blueberry smoothie is the perfect way to fuel your day!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup Coconut Milk (or regular milk, if preferred)
- 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt
Instructions:
- Add the blueberries, coconut milk, and plain yogurt into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Taste and add a bit of honey or sweetener if you prefer it sweeter.
- Pour into your Sunrise Tumbler and enjoy!
