Here at Sage & Cooper we understand that shopping online for homewares can be difficult and you often need to try a product in your space to see how it looks and feels, which is why we offer free returns. Our customer service team is here to help in the event that your purchases don’t work for you. Currently, we do not offer exchanges. Instead we encourage to place a new order for your desired item and return the original for a refund (if eligible).

Returning the product in the same condition as it was when purchased, entitles you to a full refund, amounting to 100% of the product's original purchase price

Sale items discounted less than 50% are eligible for a store credit only
