
Strawberry & Chocolate Oat Milk Matcha

A colourful twist on your usual matcha fix! This layered matcha delight combines sweet strawberry syrup, rich chocolate, and creamy oat milk for a treat that’s as good to look at as it is to drink. Topped with whipped cream and an extra drizzle of strawberry syrup, it’s a flavour-packed indulgence with every sip.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp of Strawberry Syrup
- 1/2 tbsp of Chocolate Syrup
- 1 1/2 cups of Oat Milk
- Matcha
- 1/2 cup Thickened Cream
- Whipped Cream
Instructions:
- Add strawberry syrup to the glass
- Add milk to fill 1/3 of glass
- Blend using a hand whisk
- Using a separate bowl, mix 1/4 cream and matcha, then add to the glass
- Again, using a separate bowl or cup, mix chocolate syrup and thickened cream until fully blended, then add to the glass
- Complete with whipped cream and strawberry syrup
