Vanilla Protein & Honey Oats Smoothie

A yummy breakfast treat packed with protein - this Vanilla Protein & Honey Oats Smoothie is the perfect way to set yourself up for a busy day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana 
  • 1 cup Vanilla Oat Milk (or regular milk, if preferred)
  • 1tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1tbsp of Oats
  • 2 spoons of Plain Yogurt
  • Honey to taste

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and add a bit of honey or sweetener if you prefer it sweeter.
  4. Pour into your Sunrise Tumbler and enjoy!
