Vanilla Protein & Honey Oats Smoothie
          
          A yummy breakfast treat packed with protein - this Vanilla Protein & Honey Oats Smoothie is the perfect way to set yourself up for a busy day!
Ingredients:
- 1 Banana 
 
- 1 cup Vanilla Oat Milk (or regular milk, if preferred)
 
- 1tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
 
- 1tbsp of Oats
 
- 2 spoons of Plain Yogurt
 
- Honey to taste
 
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to the blender
 
- Blend until smooth.
 
- Taste and add a bit of honey or sweetener if you prefer it sweeter.
 
- Pour into your Sunrise Tumbler and enjoy!
